Delivery Policy
Efforts will be made to dispatch vouchers on the day payment is received. Vouchers will be sent via untracked mail with An Post at no additional cost to the purchaser. Tracked post will only be used at the request of the purchaser and will incur an additional cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds are made only in exceptional circumstances providing information about the existence of a legal reason within 30 days after the purchase and where no costs have been incurred by us.
Lost vouchers or vouchers sent by untracked post which have not been received cannot be replaced.
